About The Groovy Wizard
The Groovy Wizard site will be back… Until then, this is what we are all about: Kevin has been a comic book and toy collector for well over 25 years, and in this time he has amassed a large inventory of both. Groovy Wizard was created 5 years ago when Kevin decided to start thinning out his collection. He began the huge task of sorting through his collection and started offering items for sale via groovywizard.com and on eBay as thegroovywizard (100% feedback by the way). Kevin still collects and like all collectors is always searching for those hard-to-find treasures, and in doing so, often ends up acquiring a lot more than he bargains for, hence his ever-changing inventory.
The Groovy Wizard’s stock consists primarily of key silver, bronze and modern age comic books – both raw and graded and discounted comic book sets/lots. Groovy Wizard also has tons of cool vintage toys such as Kenner’s origninal Star Wars line, Mego’s 8″ action figures (World’s Greatest Super Heroes, Star Trek , etc.), Mattel’s Masters of the Universe, Hasbro’s 1980s G.I. Joe and more.
Buying collectibles online can sometimes be a nefarious affair, with potential customers worried about condition, shipping, etc. Groovy Wizard tries to minimize this apprehension by conducting as professional a business as possible. E-mails are promptly answered, and Kevin will go so far as to call customers personally to discuss items they may be interested in. Each item on the Groovy Wizard website is also described accurately, pointing out both condition highlights and flaws. As for shipping, Groovy Wizard uses USPS (for American orders under $200) and Canada Post for American order in excess of $200, all Canadian and all international orders. Every shipment is tracked, so customers can follow the progress of their delivery. Groovy Wizard also offers FREE shipping on orders over $100 (USA and Canada only).
For more information about Groovy Wizard, please visit the site and take a look around, and never hesitate to contact Kevin with any questions.
